Shipping Policy

Standard Delivery

Standard orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via standard delivery will typically ship within 2-4 days of receiving credit card authorization. 

 

2nd Day Delivery

Orders placed with 2nd Day Shipping Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 12:00 PM EST ship that same day, pending credit card authorization and verification. 

 

Orders placed with 2nd Day Shipping Monday through Friday after 12 PM EST, or on weekends and holidays, will ship on the following business day, pending credit card authorization and verification. 

 

Orders placed with 2nd Day Shipping will not be delivered on Saturdays. For example, if an order is placed with 2nd Day Shipping on a Thursday before 12:00 PM EST, it will be delivered the following Monday or next business day. 

 

Next Business Day Delivery

Orders placed with Next Business Day Shipping Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 12:00PM EST ship that same business day, pending credit card authorization and verification. 

 

Orders placed with Next Business Day Shipping Monday through Friday after 12:00 PM Noon EST, or on weekends and holidays, will ship on the following business day, pending credit card authorization and verification. 

 

Orders placed with Next Day Shipping will not be delivered on Saturdays. For example, if an order is placed with Next Day Shipping on a Friday before 12:00 PM EST, it will be delivered the following Monday or next business day. 

 

Once we ship your package we will send you an email with the status of your order along with a tracking number so you may track your package on-line with the carrier.

Return & Exchange Policy

We offer store credit, or a refund (minus shipping costs) if:

  • Item has not been installed, colored, cut, or altered in any way.

  • Requests are made within 7 days of receipt of your item by calling us during business hours or sending an email to ywlaflag@gmail.com with Refund Request as the subject. Please have your Purchase Order number available.

  • The item must be in its original packaging with the hang tag.

  • Returned items must include a copy of the original invoice.

  • Items must be physically received before a return can be granted. Please allow 72 hours upon receipt.

  • The item must be sent back at your expense. We recommend you use a shipping provider with a signature confirmation service, and/or insurance to protect your package.

Merchandise must be authorized prior to being returned.  Merchandise will not qualify for a refund if it is unauthorized meaning we must receive a phone call or email. We assume no responsibility for lost items, unauthorized returns, or items sent to the incorrect address.
